Our Room was so disappointing- the SMELL was AWFUL I started looking around to see what might be causing it -and found filth -look at the head board now look down - it’s filthy- with food remnants ,etc the refrigerator Unit - pull it away from the wall it’s nasty. We understood no valet due to CV however the bell service brought our luggage to our room.
